Terms and Conditions
All purchases via this website are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in the following paragraphs:
Any person/s purchasing an item on this website, thereby declares, that he has read and understood the terms and conditions herein, so that neither he nor any person/s on his behalf will have cause for complaint or claims against the owners of the site, its operators or any person/s on their behalf
This is excluding any breach of contract on the part of the owners of the site, its operators or any person/s on their behalf, according to the terms and conditions detailed herein.
Ordering your products:
All orders executed on the website are to be sent out within 4 working days. Despite the fact that the management makes every effort to ensure that all products displayed on the website are in stock, on occasion the requested item may not be available, or the item is of a hand-crafted variety which may be subject to delays in production. In such cases, the customer will be notified via phone or e-mail.
Methods of payment:
You may choose one of the four following options of payment:
1) By phone (When choosing this option, an agent will contact you within 24 hours)
2) By credit card
Confirmation of order:
After executing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order details. This notice does not construe any obligation whatsoever; it is merely to confirm that the order details have been accepted by the system.
After authorization of your credit card details or other relevant payment details, the purchase will be carried out and the website will begin the process of obtaining the item from stock (in the case that the item is in stock, as mentioned above).
Once the transaction is carried out, you may verify the status of your order by accessing your user account.
Expected time of delivery:
Delivery may take up until 16 working days unless otherwise stated. This is excluding orders involving embroidery, hand-crafted products or items in a special order. In any event we try to limit the time it takes to deliver the item as much as possible. In the event your order is delayed or prevented from being processed, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the owner of the website and/or its operators, whether due to a computer glitch and/or malfunction of telephone service or any other medium of communication, or due to a delay on behalf of the delivery company advertised on the website, the company reserves the right notify you of cancellation of your order or a part thereof. In the event of price change due to changes in taxes and surcharges imposed on the product and/or service you ordered, between the date of your order until the expected time of delivery, the company likewise reserves the right to notify you of cancellation of your order or a part thereof.
Cancellation of Transaction:
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or you would like to exchange the item for another, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the item. All returned items must be closed and wrapped in the original packaging alone. We will not refund any product returned after 14 days unless under exceptional approval from the customer service department.
Before returning an item, you must send us, either by fax or e-mail, a description of the problem and why you are not happy with your purchase, together with the order number. You will then receive authorization to return the item. The customer is entitled to a full refund, excluding administration and delivery charges. Should any other exceptional expense be involved in returning the item, such amount will be deducted from your refund. Should the returned item be found to be in a state other than that mentioned above, ie. it is not in its original packaging etc, the amount of the devaluation will also be deducted from your refund.
In any event of refund, we advise you to insure the package with the delivery company in order to prevent any damage. There is no guarantee on merchandise that was not appropriately insured.
In the event that we sent you the incorrect item, or the merchandise was damaged en route, you will be entitled to a full refund including administration and delivery charges.
Notwithstanding the above, the following items may not be returned due to reasons of Kashruth or health considerations, and so forth:
· Tefillin (Phylacteries)
· Mezuzot
· Shofar
· Personalized items – whether engraved or embroidered
· Jewelry
Delivery:
Upon completion of the transaction, and – as mentioned above, after the credit card company has given its authorization, the items you ordered will be sent out to you. Deliveries within the country will be via EMS delivery, which may take up to 3-4 business days door to door, and is subject to their terms of service. International delivery will be via registered air-mail, which may take up to 14 business days and is subject to the terms and conditions of Israel Post.
Security:
The website is protected by the SSL encoding system. We document the IP address of the transactions processed in the store, and in the unfortunate event of fraud or deception, we can report the incident to the appropriate law authority.
Guaranty:
Every item is accompanied by a guaranty from the website. Should you find a problem with the Kashruth of an item, for example the parchment of Tefillin is not Kosher, or any similar case where the item is rendered ‘Passul’ (not kosher) and unable to be fixed, we are under the obligation to exchange the item with no time limit. The guaranty does not include wear and tear or any damage inflicted upon the item, such as placing the parchment in a very hot or very damp area.
As to any legal claim, I hereby acknowledge and agree that the only authority to judge the case shall be the Supreme Court of the State of Israel.
